SPORT: Real Madrid star Federico Valverde 'could face a 12-match ban for punching Villarreal's Alex Baena'

Adeniji Inflex share this story on 18th of April 2023 Real Madrid midfielder, Federico Valverde could face a 12-game ban for punching Villarreal star Alex Baena after their LaLiga clash earlier this month.   Valverde punched Baena as he climbed aboard the Villarreal team bus following Villarreal's 3-2 win at the Santiago Bernabeu on Saturday night, April 8 over a comment he accused of making towards his child.    Baena denied telling Valverde in a cup game earlier this year: 'Cry now that your son is not going to be born'. The comment was alleged to have been made around the time Valverde's wife was in danger of losing the couple's second child. According to The Athletic, the Spanish FA's competition committee - who are an independent disciplinary body - will investigate the matter.     Valverde and Baena will be interviewed by the Spanish FA's competition committee and asked to recall the events that took place after Real's 3-2 defeat by Villarreal.   I

Adeniji Inflex share this story on 18th of April 2023 Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos state on Monday, April 17, told the Norwegian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Anniken Huitfeldt, that he won the March 18 governorship election in the state, by a landslide.    The governor stated this when the Norwegian Minister paid him a courtesy visit at the Government House in Ikeja.   Channels TV reports that the governor thanked Lagosians for believing in his administration and giving him the democratic power to run for another four years.   “It wasn’t an election in which anybody was in doubt. It was indeed a landslide victory; thanks to every Lagosian for believing in us again and giving us the constitutional and democratic power to run for another four years. We feel very humble. We are happy that at the end of the (gubernatorial) elections, the voice of the people, especially Lagosians was very loud and clear, and they gave us an overwhelming majority.”the governor was quoted as saying

Multiple women accuse popular Twitter user of filming them without their consent, blackmailing them, and selling their nudes

Adeniji Inflex share this story on 10th of April 2023 A Twitter user identified as Terdoo Oluwadara Bendega has been accused by multiple women of using his mobile devices to snap pictures and record videos of him and his female lovers engaging in sexual intercourse without their consent.   On March 30, 2023, Nigerian Twitter users woke up to an exposé on Terdoo. The Twitter thread documented a decade-long chain of sexual blackmail, revenge porn and manipulation allegedly carried out by Terdoo Oluwadara Bendega on unsuspecting young women.     Terdoo, who describes himself on LinkedIn as an “experienced Sales and Marketing Manager with a background in Computer Science and a knack for Informed Decision Making through Data Analytics,” has gone by multiple aliases on Twitter.   According to the women, each time he is exposed, he changes his Twitter name and this is how he has gone undetected for years.   They claimed Terdoo created a telegram channel where he allegedly shares nude pictures

Adeniji Inflex share this story on 10th of April 2023 The Ondo State Police Command has disclosed that officers rescued a couple from an angry mob who stoned their son,  Tope Olorunfemi,  to death in Akure.   The deceased, suspected to be an internet fraudster, was  killed  after his vehicle reportedly crushed some people to death and injured others along Ijoka road in Akure on Monday, April 10, 2023.   However, spokesperson for the command, Funmilayo Odunlami, who confirmed the development to journalists said only two people died in the accident while six others were injured. Adeniji Inflex share this story on 10th of April 2023 The cyber cell of Lucknow police in Uttar Pradesh has arrested a Nigerian national and his two aides for allegedly duping man of over N2.4m on the pretext of sending a parcel.   The gang comprising Esowanne Emeka, Edward Pradhan and Chetan Nimbu, were arrested from Delhi, police said in a statement on Monday, April 10, 2023.    Police officials said the gang has duped over 100 persons across the country using the same modus operandi.   DCP Central Zone, Aparna Rajat Kaushik, said that the cyber cell got involved in the case after a Madeyganj resident Naveen Singh Samuel lodged an FIR of being duped of Rs 1.38 crore.   The victim, in his FIR, alleged that he had got a call on August 4, 2022, and was told that a parcel from Poland had been sent in his name.   The caller introduced himself as John, a Customs officer.   The victim contacted Felix Warsaw of Poland and the latter told him that he was very much influenced with the religiou
